I. GUIDELINES TO FILL UP THE XII^TH ADMISSION & EXAMINATION FORM ONLINE

The following is required to fill out the online Exam form:

1. Email id

2. Mobile no

3. Scanned photograph in JPG format under 100 KB

4. Scanned signature in JPG format under 50 KB

5. Scanned 10th Marksheet in JPG format under 100 KB

6. Scanned 12th Registration Card in JPG format under 100 KB

7. Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all required documents.

8. Scanned Intermediate Registration Card in JPG format under 100 KB

II. ONLINE XII^TH ADMISSION & EXAMINATION FORM ONLINE PROCESS

The online exam form process will have the following 9 (Nine) steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of Sheodeni Ram Ayodhya Prasad College, Bara Chakia, East Champaran www.srapcollege.co.in

Step 2: Please click the "Intermediate Exam Form 2024-26" button on the home page.

Step 3: When you click the link you will be shown a “Register for Intermediate Form” form asking for various details.

Step 4: On successfully submitting information, you will also receive an e-mail with the e-mail ID you provided in the Registration Form.

Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.

Step 6: Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all required documents.

Step 8: Download Filled Admission Form.

Step 9: Keep your documents with payment slip for future document verification.
